KTC Inspection and Engineering Ltd has an experienced International Welding Engineers and European Welding Engineers, who helps the welding manufacturer to better understand requirements, will be responsible for developing all welding procedures on all type materials and welding processes according to project specifications and international standards We help you to understand the project’s welding requirements, selection of correct consumables and process, heat treatment procedures, improve on welding production, and understand welding faults, their causes and how you can prevent them.

– Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC)
– Developing Welding Procedures Specification (WPS) and Welding Qualification Record (WPQR) according to ISO 15609, ISO 15612, ISO 15613, ISO 15614, ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1/D1.1M – D1.
– Witnessing of Procedure Qualifications test and Welders and Operators Performance Qualification Test
– Witnessing Welder/operator Qualification Test and Preparing Qualification certificates according to ISO 9606 series, ISO 14732
