VENDOR INSPECTION SERVICES
Our experienced and qualified (CSWIP, ASNT, PCN, BGAS) welding, quality, mechanical/piping, and coating inspectors work as second party, third- party or vendor inspector at customer premises, representing various companies carrying out inspections in accordance with approved ITP and compiling Inspection reports and functional testing of commodities for clients directly for short- or long-term contract.
Services provided but not limited to:
• Welding Inspection.
• Dimensional Control
• Visual inspection
• Inspection of piping and equipment during fabrication, installations
• Witnessing, recording of welding procedures and welder qualification (PQRs, WPS & WQT)
• NDE (MPI, DPI, RT UT) Witnessing, reviewing reports, Radiography Interpretation
• Inspection of hydrostatic test, leak test, Pneumatic Test
• Inspection of material testing (Tensile, charpy, chemical, hardness, corrosion etc.)
• Final inspection, tagging, packing, Inspection release note.
• Document Reviewing, WPS, WPQR. Welder Qualification Certificates, NDE reports material certificates, final documentation package etc.
• Painting Inspection
• Performing factory acceptance test (FAT)/performance
